Murder Mystery Dinner

“EU's Next For Murder?”, a BGT production, written by June Lowery, performed live during a 3-course dinner.

Price for show and 3-course dinner: Members €50, Non-Members €60
Price includes filtered water on the table (8 people per table); a cash bar will be available for other soft and alcoholic drinks.

Starter

A creamy, velvety roasted butternut squash soup, subtly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Topped with a swirl of crème and a sprinkle of toasted pumpkin seeds for added texture and flavor

Timbal  with Hummus base , Tapenade and  Vegetables  -A colorful selection of  vegetables with creamy hummus, offering a fresh and vibrant blend of textures and flavors

Main Course

Grilled Seabream with Lemon Beurre Blanc -Fresh seabream, delicately grilled to perfection, served with a lemon beurre blanc sauce. Accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes and sautéed spinach for a light yet flavorful main course.

OR

Slow-cooked pork cheek confit, served as a lingot over spinach and potato purée, accompanied by grilled vegetables and a truffled jus

OR

Spinach and ricotta ravioli, served with a delicate chlorophyll sauce and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Dessert

Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée -Classic crème brûlée with vanilla bean custard, topped with a crisp, golden caramelized sugar crust, offering a luxurious and creamy finish to the meal
